The majority of our blood and every cell in our bodies is composed of water. In fact our brain is 90% water.  Proper hydration is crucial to our overall health AND to beautiful skin.

A grape is juicy and plump, while a raisin is all puckered and dehydrated. From this analogy, dehydration can exacerbate the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

You'll need to drink more water when it's hot out, you've been eating sweet and/or salty foods, drinking alcohol, working out, or doing any type of detoxification.
